Group Listen
The Group Listen feature allows any person in a conference to add up to ten parties, in a
listen only mode, to a conference.
• A conference with group listeners can total 16 parties consisting of six full
Conference members and 10 Group Listen members.
• A listen-only party, unlike a regular conference member, cannot place the conference
on Conference Hold to accept a call waiting.
• When listener that has been added to a conference leaves a conference by hanging up,
they cannot return to that conference on their own.
