Hold
There are three ways to put a party on hold.
Key Description
The "R" Key
The Hold softkey
The optional Hold feature key
• When another party puts you on hold within the same system, you can place that
party on hold at the same time.
• The party on hold hears silence or music, depending on the system options.
Place a Call on Hold
Conditions:
You are already on a call
