Step 1 Attach Post Base and Cover 08 EE 16X 4X B C 4X 4X M5x30 ● Slide Base Cover (B) onto Post (08) so open side is towards bottom of post. ● Place Base (C) on end of Post (08) and secure with 4 Screw (EE) as shown.
Step 2 Assemble Inner Beams 05 MM 16X KK 16X 4X M8 06 4X M8x20 07 4X ● Assemble Short Inner Beams using 1 Inner Middle Beam (05) and 2 Inner Short Beams (06) as shown. Repeat for second Short Inner Beam. ● Assemble Long Inner Beams using 1 Inner Middle Beam (05) and 2 Inner Long Beams (07) as shown. Repeat for second Long Inner Beam.
Step 3 Assemble Outer Short Beam 03 MM 4X KK 4X 2X M8 04 2X M8x20 T 2X ● Align end of Outer Short Left Beam (03) and Outer Short Right Beam (04). Place Rafter Support Brace (T) over the joint. Use 2 of Screw (KK) and Washer (MM) to assemble.
Step 4 Assemble Outer Long Beam 01 MM 4X KK 4X 2X M8 02 2X M8x20 ● Align end of Outer Long Left Beam (02) and Outer Long Right Beam (01). Use 2 of Screw (KK) and Washer (MM) to assemble.
Final Beam Assembly Step 5 03 04 06 05 06 01 02 07 CC 72X 05 07 M5x40 ● Stack the Inner Short Beam and Outer Short Beam so the Rafter Support Brace (T) is facing down. The predrilled holes on the Inner Short Beam should be facing up. ● Align the large drilled holes at the ends of the Short Beams. Secure the Inner Short Beam to the Outer Short Beam using 14 of Screw (CC) at the predrilled locations as shown. Repeat procedure on the other Short Beam.
Attach Long Beams to Posts Step 6 LL 4X NN 12X M10 OO 4X AA 4X M10 ● Arrange 2 of Post (08) Approximately 12ft apart. Orient so the side M10x80 with the predrilled hole closest the top is facing up. Prop the end of the Post up off the ground so that you will be able to hold a nut on the bottom side in the next steps. ● Lay a Long Beam Assembly on the posts so the angled end cuts face the post. M10x205 ● Align the holes in the Long Beam Assembly with the Post.
Step 7 Attach Short Beams to Posts C1 LL 4X NN 12X OO 4X AA 4X 2X M10 C2 M10 2X M10x80 M10x205 Rt=90 ● Stand and temporarily secure the Post and Long Beam Assemblies in proper location. Use of braces (not included) or additional help may be required for this step. ● Lift a Short Beam Assembly into place, position Rafter Corner Connectors (C1) and (C2)as shown and install a Bolt (AA) and Washer (NN) at the lower hole at each end and tighten.

Gable Support Assembly Step 9 13 LL 6X NN 12X EE 16X WW 6X 4X 14 15 2X 4X C4 S 2X 12X M10 M10 M5x30 M10x50 ● Attach Rafter Support Beams (14), one piece, and (15), two pieces, to the Rafter Support Brace (T) using 3 pcs Bolt (WW) with Washers (MM). ● Insert 6 Pins (S) into the drilled holes in the tops of Supports (14) and (15). ● Position 2pcs Rafter Beam (3) as shown, aligning the Pins in Supports (14) and (15) with the holes on the underside of each Beam (13).
Step 10 Ridge Beam Assembly F1 BB 4X FF 4X 1X M6 F2 1X M6x15 G1 1X ● Slide Ridge Beam Connector (G) into the end of Ridge Beam 1 (F1). Align the holes and insert 2pcs Screw (FF) with Washers (BB). ● Slide the end of Ridge Beam 2 (F2) over Connector (G) and align the holes. The ends of Ridge Beam (F1) and Ridge Beam (F2) should touch in the middle. Secure Ridge Beam 2 (F2) with 2pcs Screw (FF) with Washers (BB). ● Tighten all Screws (FF) securely.
Step 11 Ridge Beam Placement BB 2X FF 2X 1X M6 M6x15 ● Place the Ridge Beam Assembly on top of the frame. The ends will fit in and be held by Peak Rafter Connector (C4). ● Secure the Ridge Beam Assembly to Peak Rafter Connector (C4) using 2pcs Bolt (FF) and Washer (BB).
Step 12 Roof Rafter Assembly H DD 12X BB 36X M6 M6 FF 12 X JJ 12X 6X I 6X M6x15 M6x55 ● Place 3pcs Rafter Lower Connector (I) on each Long Beam Assembly. Space approximately equally distant to one another. ● Lift a Rafter (H) into position and secure to the Ridge Beam Assembly using 2pcs Bolt (FF) and Washer (BB). ● Place the opposite end of the Rafter (H) into the cradle of Rafter Lower Connector (I) and secure with 2pcs Bolt (JJ), 4pcs Washer (BB) and 2pcs Nut (DD).
Step 13 Install Beam Connector Brackets J1 BB 6X FF 6X 3X M6 P 1X M6x15 ● Install Support Brace (J1) to two adjacent Rafters (H) using 2pcs Bolt (FF) and Washer (BB). ● Repeat process for remaining 2pcs Support Brace (J1).
Step 14 Rafter Connectors Assembly N BB 16X FF 16X 8X M6 M6x15 ● Install 8 pcs of Rafter Connectors (N) in the horizontal positions between the center sections of Middle Beams (H) using 16pcs of Screw (FF) and Washer (BB).
Step 15 14 Rafter Connectors Assembly Cont’d M1 BB 20X FF 20X 2X M6 M2 2X M6x15 N 8X ● Using 2pcs of Screw (FF) and Washer (BB) install 2pcs of Rafter Connector (N) to Rafter (H) at the left end of the roof. Attach the opposite end of Rafter Connecto (N) to Roof Side Support (M1) using 2pcs of Screw (FF) and Washer (BB). Lastly, attach the top of Roof Side Bar (M1) to the Ridge Beam Assembly using 1pc Screw (FF) and Washer (BB). ● Repeat process at right end of roof using Side Bar (M2).
Step 16 Eave Bar Assembly L1 2X BB 16X L2 2X FF 16X M6 L3 2X M6x15 L4 2X ● Attach Eave Bars (L1), (L2), (L3) and (L4) to the ends of Rafter (H) using 8pcs of Screw (FF) and Washer (BB). Ensure correct orientation as shown: (L1) starts at the left corner followed by (L2), (L3), and (L4).This is ciritical to roof panel hole placement in later steps. ● Repeat process on opposite side of roof.
Step 17 Secure Metal Roof Frame to Wood Frame O EE 40X 8X M5x30 ● Square roof by measuring the distance from Rafter(13) to Roof Side Supports (M1) and (M2). Adjust roof frame so the measurement on the left and right sides are the same. ● Secure the 3pcs Rafter Lower Connector to the Long Beam using a total of 12pcs Screw (EE). ● Repeat Steps A and B on opposite side of roof. ● Attach 8pcs Rafter Connector Brace (O) over Rafter Connector (N) to Rafters (13) using a total of 16pcs Screw (EE).
Step 18 Roof Panel Assembly P1 BB 3X QQ 3X 4X M6 P2 2X M6x35 R1 1X ● Starting at one end of the roof, place 1pc Small Roof Panel (P2) nearest the end of the roof frame. Ensure that the two side holes match the holes in Roof Side Bar (M1) and (M2). ● Lay 2pcs LargeRoof Panel (P1) so that the last ridge in each panel overlaps with the first ridge of the following panel and the holes are nearest the lower roof edge. ● Repeat on opposite side of roof.
Step 19 Roof Panel Assembly P1 BB 2X QQ 2X 2X M6 R2 1X M6x35 ● Place 1pc Large Roof Panel (P1) in the center of the roof ensuring the holes are near the lower roof edge. ● Repeat on opposite side of roof. ● Place Roof Cap (R2) on top of roof ridge and secure with 2pcs Bolt (QQ) and Washer (BB).
Step 20 P1 Roof Panel Assembly BB 3X QQ 3X 4X P2 2X M6 M6x35 R1 1X ●Place 2pcs Large Roof Panel (P1) so that the last ridge in each panel overlaps with the first ridge of the following panel and the holes are nearest the lower roof edge. ● Lay 1pc Small Roof Panel (P2) nearest the end of the roof frame. Ensure that the two side holes match the holes in Roof Side Bar (M1) and (M2). ● Repeat on opposite side of roof.
Step 21 Eave Roof Bar Attachment Q BB 24X FF 24X 6X M6 M6x15 ● Position 3pcs of Eave Roof Bar (Q) over the roof panels, aligning the holes in the Eave Roof Bar with the holes in the roof panels and the threaded holes in the Edge Tubes (L1), (L2), (L3), (L4). ● Secure the Eave Roof Bars and Roof Panels (Q) using 12pcs Bolt (FF) and Washer (BB). ● Repeat steps A and B above on opposite side of roof.
Step 22 Roof Side Bar Attachment U BB 8X FF 8X 4X M6 M6x15 ● Position Roof Side Bar (U) over the side holes in Small Roof Panel (P2) and secure with 2pcs Bolt (FF) and Washer (BB). ● Repeat at balance of 3 locations.
Step 23 Secure The Gazebo PP 8X Φ8x180 ● Anchor your wood gazebo properly and securely to the mounting surface through the four holes in each Base Plate using appropriate screws, bolts, or anchors for your application.
