Q: After inserting the key, the deadbolt does not turn properly?
A:
1 Take off the panel, check whether the lock cylinder is installed with the correct side
(UP ) facing upward, and use a screwdriver to check whether the lock cylinder can be
opened and closed normally.
2 Re-check according to the diagram on the installation of the lock body on page 3-4 of
the manual. There are three parts that need to be installed differently according to the
difference between the left and right doors, and make sure it is installed correctly.
3 Check whether the cable plugged into the door hole blocks the rotation of the deadbolt,
adjust the position.
4 If the thumb knob can be rotated normally, but the key is invalid, there may be a
mismatch between the key and the lock. Please contact us.
Q: What to do if I cannot match or detect the door lock in the app?
A:
1 Touch any key on the keypad to wake up the door lock's bluetooth.
2 Whether there is another phone connecting? Disconnect the connecting mobile phone
to connect the new one.
3 Whether it is within the effective distance of Bluetooth, please connect close to the
door lock.
4 Please note: After the lock is bound to the main device mobile phone, other members
need to be invited to join the family on the main device account, and then other members
can connect to the device.
Q: Is there a low battery indicator? How long will the battery last? If the
battery runs out, how to unlock it in an emergency?
A:
1 View the real-time quantity of electric charge on the main interface of the app.
2 Low Battery Alert When the battery power is low, the lock will issue a voice prompt,
reminding you to change the battery. At this point, it can still be unlocked
about 200 times.
3 Under normal installation conditions, the lock can be opened at least 3000 times
without changing the battery.
4 When the battery is exhausted, you can choose to open it with mechanical key, or
connect the emergency power supply with a Type-C plug. Insert it into the emergency
power supply hole under the lock to unlock, and replace the battery immediately.

Q: The keyboard or deadbolt does not operate correctly after installation?
A:
1 Please use four new AA batteries. Make sure the batteries are installed properly.
2 Unplug and reconnect the cable, making sure that each connector is well-connected
and was not damaged during installation.
