Once the wax guard is in line and flush with the nose of the device, pull the
Changing Tool away. The wax guard will disengage and stay in place.
Please
take the time to ensure that the wax guard is correctly inserted.
Too far out. Push the wax guard
in further.
Put the Flexi back on and you’re
good to go!
