INTRODUCTION This powerful spray system applies coatings faster than brushing or rolling whilst maintaining a smooth and accurate finish. The SprayPort® series is designed for the professional decorator and finisher. The latest technology and materials combine to deliver a consistently high performance. The SprayPort® series is simple to set up using quick-connect fixings. The spray gun delivers a high volume of air via the fluid tip for a precise finish.

PREPARATION • Unpack turbine and check all parts are present (see parts list) and undamaged. • Prepare surfaces to be sprayed ensuring they are clean, dry and smooth. • Ensure there is adequate ventilation. • Mask off all areas not intended for spraying. OPERATION • Prepare the spray gun for operation (refer to Spray Gun Instruction Manual supplied separately). • Plug cordset into turbine unit. • Attach the nut at the end of the air hose to the air outlet on the turbine ensuring it is screwed on fully.
• Connect cordset to a grounded outlet. • Turn the power on ‘|’ (5). • Familiarize yourself with spraying technique (for detailed instruction on how to operate spray gun refer to Spray Gun Operating Instruction Manual supplied separately) using waste cardboard. • When you are happy with your set-up, commence spraying. NOTE: Check the turbine unit, filters and the gun are clean and dry before operating. NEVER leave the turbine unsupervised while plugged in.
MAINTENANCE Some simple maintenance is required to ensure your SprayPort® continues to perform effectively: IMPORTANT: Always unplug from the mains ahead of any maintenance. • Clean/ replace filters. - Filters will become soiled during use. To remove see diagram below. Clean filters in warm soapy water. Check the condition of filter carefully and replace if necessary. WARNING! Ensure filter is completely dry before installing.

MAINS CONNECTION Your unit has been supplied with a cordset. If the cordset is damaged, it must be replaced using a genuine Earlex part to avoid a hazard. If the fitted plug is cut off from the cordset then the plug must be disposed of safely. NEVER under any circumstances insert such a plug into a mains socket-outlet. WARNING! THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE GROUNDED If you are using an extension lead it must be rated a minimum of 13 Amps and fully unwound.

PRÉPARATION • Déballez la turbine et assurez-vous que toutes les pièces sont présentes (voir liste des pièces) et non endommagées. • Préparez les surfaces à pulvériser en vous assurant qu’elles sont propres, sèches et lisses. • Assurez-vous que la ventilation est adéquate. • Masquez toutes les zones qui ne doivent pas être pulvérisées. FONCTIONNEMENT • Préparez le pistolet pulvérisateur pour son fonctionnement (consultez le Manuel d’instructions du pistolet pulvérisateur fourni séparément).
• Branchez le cordon d’alimentation à une prise de courant à contact de mise à la terre. • Mettez sous tension ‘|’ (5). • Familiarisez-vous avec la technique de pulvérisation (pour des instructions détaillées sur le fonctionnement du pistolet pulvérisateur consultez le Manuel d’instructions du pistolet pulvérisateur fourni séparément) en utilisant du carton. • Lorsque vous êtes satisfait de vos résultats, commencez à pulvériser.
ENTRETIEN Un certain entretien simple est requis pour vous assurer que votre SprayPort® continue de performer efficacement : IMPORTANT : Débranchez toujours du réseau électrique avant tout entretien. • Nettoyez/remplacez les filtres. - Les filtres se saliront durant l’utilisation. Pour enlever voir le schéma ci-dessous. Nettoyez les filtres dans de l’eau chaude savonneuse. Vérifiez soigneusement la condition du filtre et remplacez si nécessaire.

CONNEXION AU RÉSEAU ÉLECTRIQUE Votre unité a été livrée avec un cordon d’alimentation. Si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé avec une pièce Earlex d’origine pour éviter tous dangers. Si la fiche d’alimentation est coupée du cordon d’alimentation alors la fiche doit être jetée de façon sécuritaire. NE JAMAIS sous aucune circonstance insérer une telle fiche dans une prise de courant du réseau électrique.
