SECTION 5: CARE & MAINTENANCE
With proper maintenance, your table is designed to give you years of trouble-free operaon.
To ensure your table will connue to funcon properly and keep its appearance, we
recommend the following.
Category Care Recommendation
Upholstery
Remove day-to-day dirt and smudges with a mild soap and water soluon.
For tough stains and to disinfect, use a (100 to 1) water to bleach solu-
on. Spray a damp cloth with the soluon to clean. Aer each cleaning,
gently wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth and clean water, then allow
upholstery to air dry before using or storing. For more dicult stains, please
contact your dealer or please call us directly for guidance. For best results,
use only the products suggested above.
Lubricaon &
Mechanical
The actuator or mechanical li is maintenance free. Do not lubricate. Be
careful to avoid applicaon of scky substances to the mechanism.
Leveling Feet
Regularly check to ensure the table is level and stable.
See page 6 for leveling instrucons.
Cleaning & Ongoing Maintenance
This helpful troubleshoong guide will provide you with informaon about how to recognize a
problem with your table, determine possible causes, and nd a soluon.
In the event your specic situaon is not covered in this guide, please contact Earthlite so our
technical support department can assist you. Beyond the troubleshoong guide below, do not
aempt to repair the table yourself. This can void your warranty.

Troubleshooting
Issue Solution
Table does not
raise or lower
1. Ensure the table is plugged in.
2. If using a dimmer switch, ensure it is turned to full power.
3. Ensure the outlet in your room is receiving power. This can be done
by plugging in a small appliance and turning it on.
4. Check the fuse or circuit breaker for blown fuse or tripped breaker.
5. Ensure the controls are securely plugged into the juncon box.
Table is wobbling
or unstable
See “Leveling Your Table” instrucons on page 6.
DO NOT USE acetone, “Armor All” type cleaners, citrus-based cleaners,
or industrial cleaners. These can seriously damage the upholstery. Such
damage would not be covered under warranty.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Always unplug this furnishing from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
