Tensar International Corporation warrants that this geogrid conforms in all material respects to Tensar’s

published specifications for this product in effect at the time of manufacture. ANY OTHER WARRANTIES,

EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS

FOR A PARTICUALR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. If this geogrid does not meet the applicable

published specifications as stated above, and Tensar is notified in writing of this prior to installation,

then Tensar will replace the geogrid at no cost to the customer.
