I OPERATING CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS Proper Cutting Stance FELLING A TREE Weight Should be balanced with both feel on solid ground. When buc~;ng and felling operations are being perfonmed by two or more persons, at the same lime, \he felling operaton should be separated from the bucking operation by a distance of at least twice the height of the tree being felled. Trees should not be felled in a manner thal would endanger any person, striKe any utility line or cause any property damage.
OPERATING CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS As the tree starts to fall, step Ihe chain saw and put it down immediately. Relreat along the cleared path. but watch the action In case something tails your way. A cold chain wi~ be oorrectly tenĀ sioned when there is no slack on the underside of the guide bar, the cI1ain is snug, bul it can be turned by hand wHhoul binding.

Use only new chain oil specifica!ly formulated for chainsaws. Never use wasted oil, low quality oil, or insufficient oil.
