waste (40CFR Part 261ZD). It does not exhibit the hazardous characteristics of
ignitability, corrosivity or reactivity and is not formulated with contaminants as
determined by the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP). However, used
product may be regulated local governing bodies.

15. Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP): All analytical results for the
metal, VOC, and SVOC portions of the TCLP analytical test were at or below the
adjusted reporting limit. All results are below detection limits and the materials testes are
not considered a hazardous waste.
