• Install bracket with supplied ¼ in bolts and

washers. (fig 44)

• From left edge of installed bracket measure

13 inches to right and mark support with a

line to guide installation of right side

intercooler support bracket. Place the

intercooler support bracket against line as

shown, mark holes and drill frame (with the

supplied Q bit), to accept rivet nuts. Insert

rivet nuts into holes and set in place

following the same procedure as left side

support. (fig 45)

• From the top of the car, set intercooler assembly in

intercooler brackets being sure that rubber

grommets are centered in lower brackets. BOV

should on drivers side of the car. From the bottom

of the car insert the supplied 3/8 x ¾ long bolts with

washers securing the intercooler into the lower

brackets. (fig 46)

• With a 10mm ratchet, remove the two

front fascia mounts from both sides of

radiator support cradle, as shown. (pic).

These will not be reused.
