ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Net Assembly for Competitive Badminton (61in / 1.55 m) START BEFORE BUILDING - Please inspect and lay out all your PARTS All parts and accessories are listed in the Parts Identifier. STEP 1 COMPONENTS 2 QTY. 1 Pole - Bottom x2 2 Pole - Middle x2 COMPONENTS QTY. Please review the Parts Identifier and make sure that you have all parts before beginning assembly. NOTE: Assemble Poles. Repeat for both Sets of Poles.
STEP 3 COMPONENTS Step 2 Assembly 5 Step 2 Assembly QTY. x2 4 Key Lock x2 5 Tension Adjuster Ring x4 NOTE: Twist the Key Lock into place. Then slide the Tension Adjuster Ring down the Poles. Repeat for second Pole Set. 4 STEP 4 COMPONENTS Step 3 Assembly 4 Key Lock 4 QTY. x2 x4 NOTE: Twist the Key Locks into place. Step 8 Assembly NOTE: With 2 Adults place Step 8 Assembly into the ground using the Pole Stabilizers. 8 STEP 10 NOTE: Rubber Mallet is needed for this Step. Step 9 Assembly Step 9 Assembly x1 9 Ground Stake x4 10 Guide Rope x2 NOTE: Attach the center of the Guide Ropes to the top Key Locks. Repeat for both ends of the Net. 10 9 NOTE: Put Stakes in at 450 angle.
STEP 12 COMPONENTS Step 11 Assembly QTY. x1 NOTE: Adjust Guide Ropes and Tension Adjuster Balls as needed. Push down to tighten top of Net. Push up to tighten bottom of Net. Step 11 Assembly STEP 13 HAVE FUN! Consult Rule Book for court size and game rules for Badminton.
