Installation
1. The pre-formed Easy-Arch is
centered in place.
Nail or screw
in with drywall screw at the top. If
nail or screw does not penetrate
arch easily, drill pilot hole in metal
arch. Nail or screw in both ends
of the legs.
2. Drywall is hung over the
opening with self-tapping screws.
3. Cut out the opening using
Easy-Arch as a guide. Use router
or saw to shave off drywall from
the opening.
4. Screw on drywall strips to the
inner side of the wall. For tight
radius, cut drywall into smaller
sections or wet the back.
In the time it takes a trained construction employee to make one conventional
arch, the Easy-Arch can be installed over 25 times, perfectly every time.
