Instructions / Assembly
VeeBall™ Game Set-up and Instrucons
To assemble, insert the 5 arched poles into the 5 legs with net clips facing downwards to make a
complete circle. Once the circle is complete, attach the net. The net is to go over the top of the frame,
around outside edge and then attach to the clips. It is easiest to attach the net by connecting it onto the
frame at four points - in a square formation, starting with one clip then opposite side clip then halfway
between each of these points. Then continue to attach the remaining net to each clip until net is
attached to all clips (adjusting positions as needed). The net should be even and tight once finished.
The game is meant to be played with two teams with two players on each team. It is great practice to
play 1 on one to increase your skill.
Basic Game Play:
Start by flipping a coin to see what team goes first. Winner of coin toss will be the serving team. Start
game by hitting ball off of hand onto net towards the opposing team. No spikes, hard hits or very soft
hits allowed on serve (serve must be playable hit). Each team can touch the ball up to three times
(same player can not hit ball twice in a row) before the ball must hit the net and be play passes to the
other team. Ball can be hit, slapped or spiked by a team member. Holding of the ball is forbidden.
Points are only awarded to the serving team. Serving team continues to serve until opposing team win
a point and then serve switched to the other team. Suggested game play is to play up to 11 points each
game. The winner of two out of 3 games wins!
Points are awarded to opposing team as follows:
· If same player hits the ball two consecutive times
· If the ball is touched more than three times by the same team
· If the ball hits the ground without touching the net
· If the balls hits the ground after touching the net
· If the ball bounces twice on the net
· If the ball hits the rim instead of the net
· If a player catches the ball instead of hitting the ball
· If the net is touched or kicked during game play
· If there is opposing player interference to the play
All players can move around the entire net, there are no boundaries. Players may use any part of their
body to move the ball but cannot hold the ball at any time.
When finished playing take apart VeeBall™ net and legs and place into provided storage bag.
