Alerts to Send
User Login/Logout Select the User Login/Logout check box to have an e-mail alert sent each time a user logs in
to or logs out of the serial, Telnet, or Web interfaces.
Failed Login Attempt Select the Failed Login Attempt check box to have an e-mail alert sent when a user fails to
log in three times in a row with an invalid username or password to the serial, Telnet, or Web
interfaces.
Outlet Activity Select the Outlet Activity check box to have an e-mail alert sent each time an outlet action
takes place.
System Off/On Select the System Off/On check box to have an e-mail alert sent each time the Switched
ePDU completes booting up.
Voltage/Current Threshold Select the Voltage/Current Threshold check box to have an e-mail alert sent each time the
measured voltage or current rises above the upper threshold or falls below the lower
threshold (as set in the Power Monitor Setup on the Environmental Configuration page).
Temperature Threshold Select the Temperature Threshold check box to have an e-mail alert sent each time the
measured temperature for an enabled temperature sensor rises above the upper threshold or
falls below the lower threshold (as set in the Temperature Sensor Setup on the Environmental
Configuration page).
Humidity Threshold Select the Humidity Threshold check box to have an e-mail alert sent each time the
measured humidity for an enabled humidity sensor rises above the upper threshold or falls
below the lower threshold (as set in the Humidity Sensor Setup on the Environmental
Configuration page).
Contact Closure
Threshold
Select the Contact Closure Threshold check box to have an e-mail alert sent each time an
enabled contact sensor changes state from Closed to Open or from Open to Closed.
Select Strapping Unit
Strapping is an advanced feature of the Switched ePDU. See “Strapping” on page 89
for more information.
