The 9390IT UPS model is available in 40kVA/40 kVA, 40 kVA/30 kVA, and
40 kVA/20 kVA ratings.
The 9390IT UPS with internal battery configuration is a factory-built item only and is
not available with external battery cabinets. It consists of a self-contained battery
compartment permanently attached to the main unit (see Figure 1‐2.)
The 9390IT internal battery model is available in a 2 string (80 batteries) and 3 string
(120 batteries) configuration. The UPS is shipped with factory‐installed batteries and
requires battery tray interconnection by an Eaton Customer Service Engineer prior to
site use. The 9390IT configuration is not available with NiCad batteries.
The 9390IT UPS functions the same as the 9390 UPS (20-40 kVA) models. It can be
paralleled with another UPS for redundancy.
