Use & Care
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Clean using a soft cloth or sponge dampened with mild warm soapy water
Dry with a soft, clean cloth
Dust regularly with dry dust cloth or feather duster, gently wiping over the surface
If needed, use soft-bristled brush (such as a toothbrush) for joints or crevices
Avoid contact with abrasive substances, such as steel-bristle brushes, alkaline, or
similar products or scrubbers
Unsightly mold accumulation? No worries, this can be cleaned using the same steps
above. Use your mild soapy solution, a sponge or soft-bristled brush to remove it,
apply slight pressure, if necessary. After cleaning, always dry with soft, clean cloth.
USING YOUR NEW ECCOSTYLE BAMBOO PRODUCT
Keep in mind although your bamboo furniture may be resistant to water and
bacterial build-up, it is not waterproof. Proper care and cleaning are still necessary
(see above cleaning instructions).
DID YOU KNOW
With a growth rate of merely 5 years, bamboo has the fastest growth cycle of
any renewable furniture material. By comparison, pine and rubberwood take
12-25 years to mature
Laminated bamboo boards have the lowest moisture expansion/contraction
displacement ratio of any natural home furnishings resource making it 50%
less than oak or pine, giving bamboo furniture long term stability in all climates
Although referred to as wood, bamboo is the largest member of the grass
family
