The function returns an <Alarm> element for each Alarm Notifier referenced in the <Data> 
parameter you supplied to the function. The properties included in each element are initially 
defined when the Alarm Notifier is created. You can write to them using the 
AlarmNotifierSet function. Table 31 describes these properties.
