Differences Between PSG/2 and PSG/S
The following differences exist between PSGI2 and PSG/3.

PSG/S supplies DIP switches instead of the PSG/2’s internal jumpers.
PSG/3 no longer supports a 9V battery.
PSGI3 does not require a control module. The Neuron Chip and the
transceiver are on the motherboard.
PSG/3 uses a 29C512, or 29COlO FLASH. You can also use 27C512.
PSGI3 no longer supports STL-BYTE Board Control Register.
PSG/3 no longer supports STAT-BYTE Board Status Byte.
PSG/3 supports larger memory map with expanded RAM and ROM/FLASH
options.
SLTA. H has been replaced by PSG . H.
SLTAREG _ H has beenreplacedby PSGREG.H.
SLTA. LIB has been replaced by PSG . LIB.
PSG/3 can be powered by 9 - 30 Volts AC or DC.
