Balance Unit

1. Put on harness and attach unit

to harness.

2. Slide harness clamp up and

down until unit balances with

head approximately 51 mm to

76 mm (2 in. to 3 in.) from the

ground.

3. Tighten clamp screw.

Note: In case of Emergency, the

trimmer/brushcutter can

be released from the

harness by pulling up on

the quick-release collar.

OPERATION

Moving parts can amputate fingers or cause severe injuries.

Keep hands, clothing and loose objects away from all

openings. Always stop engine, disconnect spark plug, and

make sure all moving parts have come to a complete stop

before removing obstructions, clearing debris, or servicing

unit. Allow unit to cool before performing service.
