Cooling System Cleaning
• Check periodically.
• Clogged fins will result in poor
engine cooling.
1. Remove the air filter cover and
the air filter, and the spark plug
lead.
2. Remove the three bolts (A)
from the cylinder cover.
3. Loosen the two mounting bolts
(B) on the air filter case
(C).
4. Lift the cylinder cover (D), up
to access the filter case
cushion (E) and remove it from
the air filter case (C).
