When carburetor adjustment is completed, the cutting
attachment should not move at idle, otherwise serious personal
injury may result.
Lubrication
Level 1.
Parts Required: Lithium Based Grease.
Gear Case
Gear cases without grease plug (A) do not require lubrication.
1. Clean all loose debris from gear
case.
2. Remove plug (A) and check level
of grease.
3. Add grease if necessary. DO
NOT over-fill.
Drive Shaft (flex cable only)
1. Loosen screw (B) and remove
locating screw (C). Pull gear
case and shield from drive shaft
housing.
