TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible cause What to do?
1. Nothing appears on the
receiver front panel.
Main power cable is
damaged or not
connected.
Check the main power
cord and insert it in the
(wall socket).
The On/Off switch on the
rear panel is set to Off.
Set the On/Off switch in
the On position.
General domestic power
failure
Check the domestic
power supply and insert a
new fuse.
2. You have forgotten the
personal PIN-code.
- Contact your dealer.
3. I cannot select Dolby
Digital in the Audio pop-
up.
You did not select Dolby
Digital to On.
Press the MENU key.
Select User data -
Settings - TV System.
Select Dolby Digital = Yes.
Problem Possible cause What to do?
1. The EPG is empty. The selected program
supports no EPG.
There is no solution for
this, the data is supplied
by the service provider
and beyond our control.
The local time is not
correct.
In the Local time menu,
set the correct time.
The daylight saving time
is not correct.
In the Local time menu,
set the correct daylight
saving time.
Problem Possible cause What to do?
1. The list is empty.
No channels found for the
Satellite.
Press the MENU key and
select Installation. -
System setup - Search
channels.
Select another Search
mode and search again
for channels.
2. I cannot find the favorite
channel lists.
You did not create a
favorite list.
In the User data -
Channels menu setup the
favorite list.
- When in live TV/Radio,
press one of the colored
keys.
