1. Adjust the chest belt to the center of your chest and be sure
the backside of the chest belt clings to your chest and touches
the skin.
2. Wetting the skin, where will contact the conductive area of the
chest belt will improve the conduction and get more stable
signal. (Fig. 7)
1. Regolare la fascia toracica al centro del proprio torace e assicurarsi che la superficie interna
della fascia toracica sia aderente al torace e sia in contatto con la pelle.
2. Inumidire la porzione della pelle che verrà in contatto con l'area conduttrice della fascia
toracica per migliorare la conduzione ed ottenere un segnale più stabile.(Fig. 7)
1. Den Brustgürtel auf die Mitte Ihrer Brust verstellen und sicherstellen, dass die Rückseite des
Brustgürtels fest auf Ihrer Brust aufliegt und mit der Haut in Berührung kommt .
2. Durch Nässen der Hautpartie, die mit der leitenden Stelle des Brustgürtels in Berührung
kommt, wird die Leitfähigkeit verbessert und ein stabileres Signal erhalten.(Fig. 7)
1. Ajustez la ceinture de poitrine au centre de votre poitrine et assurez-vous que l’arrière de la
ceinture de poitrine est accroché à votre poitrine et touche votre peau.
2. Mouillez votre peau, où elle sera en contact avec la zone conductrice de votre ceinture de
