Basic operation
This section covers basic operating procedures.For
additional details, please refer to the sections on specific
functions.
■ Turning the power on and off

Press the [SOURCE] button.
Less than two seconds : Each tap will switch
modes from Tuner
→
Disc→PWR OFF (Stand by).
More than two seconds : Off
•If a car is not equipped with an ACC position (for example,
a European car), keep the [SOURCE] button depessed for
more than two seconds.
■ Listening to a CD
1 .
Insert a CD into the disc slot, label side up.
The CD will immediately start playing.
•When a CD is already loaded, pressing the [SOURCE]
button repeatedly to switch to the CD mode.
