Getting Started How to Install Indoor Applications When the air conditioner is used in an enclosed space, you can discharge the exhaust gas by installing an air conditioner exhaust duct for more efficient cooling or heating. The exhaust duct shall not be excessively stretched or bent when it is connected to avoid wind drag that affects the working efficiency of air conditioner.
DIY Instructions on Window Baffle A window baffle is delivered with Wave 2. The baffle can be used after being cut based on the dimensions of the window frame. For the cutting, it is recommended to reserve certain error space to avoid failure of sealing out of too large gap due to expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold. 216mm 376mm E Exhaust duct D Exhaust duct E D Do not use the exhaust duct in rainy and snowy days to avoid damaging the product due to wetness.
Outdoor Applications When the interior space is small or when noise cancellation is required, Wave 2 can be placed outdoors and deliver cooling/heating through the exhaust duct.
How to Power-on This product supports multiple charging methods. Open the charging port cover before using it, then power on. Please close the cover to prevent dust during charging, and wind the AC charging cable around the winder. For shutdown, please press and hold the power button before removing the charging cable. Do not directly turn off the power supply for forced shutdown to avoid damaging the battery cell. AC Outlet Wave 2 supports the AC voltage from 100-120 V to 220-240 V.
Battery pack The EcoFlow Wave 2 add-on battery or the portable power station from DELTA family can be used to supply power to Wave 2. The required products and accessories can be purchased in the official distribution channels of EcoFlow. 1. Wave 2 add-on battery 2.
Car Charging Cable Car charging port Only the fan function is supported due to the low power and the voltage instability of car or solar charging. If the cooling/heating function is required, please use it together with the add-on battery/portable power station. How to Drain Wave 2 has no-drain function. When the cooling function is used, the condensate of the air conditioner can be evaporated through flash distillation and external drainage is not required.
Manual drainage: A small amount of residual water will be left at the bottom of the water tank after automatic drainage. Please turn the drainage outlet connector counterclockwise to remove it, and tilt the unit back slightly until the condensate is completely drained to prevent breeding of bacteria. How to Clean The air inlet may be blocked by large amount of dusts and impurities in the air during outdoor application.
Troubleshooting Error Code Error Type Solution 1 Battery pack voltage is too high 1. Turn off all the power supplies; 2. Supply power with battery pack. 2 Battery pack voltage is too low 1. Connect to the household outlet (mains electricity) to charge the battery pack; 4 Bus voltage is too high 1. Please confirm that the range of AC input voltage is 100 V-240 V. If it cannot be confirmed or the voltage is normal, please try the following methods; 2.
FAQ Issue Type Cause Analysis ① It is not powered on or it is not started; ② There are foreign matters Abnormal fan at the air inlet or there are dirt deposits on the fan blades; ③ The fan is not running. Abnormal cooling Abnormal heating Troubleshooting ① Check the power supply or wiring, power on correctly to start it; ② Clean the air inlet filter, and regularly wipe away the dirt on the fan blades; ③ Refer to the solution in [The fan is not running].
The fan is not There are fan-related errors; running The compressor There are compressor-related is not running errors; ① Tilt angle is too large; Water ② The flow passage inside overflows from the conditioner is blocked; the bottom case ③ Ambient humidity is too high.
