Troubleshooting
For problems not covered in the preceding table, please consult EcoFlow
customer service.

Battery pack voltage
is too high
1. Turn off all the power supplies;
2. Supply power with battery pack.

Battery pack voltage
is too low
1. Connect to the household outlet (mains electricity)
to charge the battery pack;
4 Bus voltage is too high
1. Please conrm that the range of AC input voltage is
100 V-240 V. If it cannot be conrmed or the voltage
is normal, please try the following methods;
2. Turn off the power supply (including the battery
pack), and restart the unit;
3. Check whether rmware updates are available.

DC input voltage
is too low
1. Please conrm that the range of DC (XT150 and
XT60 ports) input voltage is 11 V-60 V. If it cannot
be conrmed or the voltage is normal, please try the
following methods;
2. Turn off the power supply (including the battery
pack), and restart the unit;
3. Check whether rmware updates are available.

DC input voltage
is too high

AC input voltage
is abnormal
1. Please conrm that the range of AC input voltage is
100 V-240 V. If it cannot be conrmed or the voltage
is normal, please try the following methods;

Input voltage frequency
is abnormal
1. Please conrm that the input voltage frequency
is 50 Hz/60 Hz. If it cannot be conrmed or the
frequency is normal, please try the following
methods;
2. Turn off the power supply (including the battery
pack), and restart the unit;
3. Check whether rmware updates are available.
