5.7 Deleting Applications
To delete applications on your Pocket PC:
1.
Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Remove
Programs.
2.
Select the checkbox for the program(s) you want to
remove, then tap Remove.
Note : By removing an application from your Pocket PC, you
increase storage memory (used to store data and document
files) and program memory (used to run programs) on the
device.
5.8 Backing Up Information
Use i.roc x20 Backup or Microsoft ActiveSync Backup to back
up and restore information on your i.roc x20 Pocket PC.
Note: Your i.roc x20 Pocket PC came preinstalled with i.roc
x20 Backup. However, you must install ActiveSync on your
computer before using ActiveSync Backup.
To help reduce the chance of losing information, you should
back up information on a regular schedule. For more
information on backing up your data, refer to
“Using i.roc
x20 Backup to Backup/Restore” in Chapter 6.
