3. Select Option > Send > via Bluetooth.
4. Select the paired device to which you want to send
the le.
My devices screen displays the paired devices.
To send a data to an unpaired device, Select
Search more.... Select the unpaired device of
your choice. Enter the pin code when you are
asked to enter.
5. When the other device accepts your le, the
message Object sent is displayed on the screen.
6. When the other device rejects the le, the message
Connection failed is displayed on the screen.
Receiving Data via Bluetooth
To receive data using Bluetooth, your device should be
Bluetooth activated and must be visible to other devices.
1. When you receive a data, you are asked if you want
to accept it.
2. Select Accept to receive data OR select Reject to
refuse the data.
3. If you accept, the data will be stored in My files >
Pictures or Sounds or Others.
USB Function
You can transfer and synchronize data between the Sonim
XP3.20 phone and your computer using either USB drive
or PC Tools. Select Menu > Tools > USB Function > USB
Drive OR PC Sync.
If you select USB drive, the SD Card should be
present in the phone and the phone should be
connected to the computer via USB cable. The
SD card will be dispalyed as a separate drive in
the computer.
Select PC Sync if you want to use the PC Tools
software on your computer to transfer data.
The user has to restart the phone for these changes to
take effect.
Calendar
The calendar enables you to set appointments, create
appropriate notes, schedule reminders when required, set
alerts and repeat specic settings. Tasks can be viewed
on daily and weekly basis.
1. To access the Organizer and its associated functions,
select Menu > Tools > Calendar. The calendar for
the current month is displayed. Use the navigation
keys to navigate across months.
2. Select Option to view the list of options available.
View day: You can view the list of events for the day.
View week: You can view the list of events for the
week.
New event: You can enter a new event.
Go to date: You can go to a particular date and view
the events for that date.
Advanced: You can nd any event, delete all events
or set whether the phone should notify the user if the
calendar event expired during switched off state.
