ECOserver model EIB
General
Model EIB is a universal 3U-high 19-inch
server that combines ve properties:
• energy efcient, only 45W;
• compact, depth only 40 cm;
• low noise level, 50dB;
• high internal storage capacity;
• expandable, in harddisk drives and PCI or PCI-e cards.
Specic properties
The EIB is designed especially for the security market and is
equipped with the latest generation Intel server motherboards
with energy saving processors from the XEON 55xx range. It can
contain two processors and is provided with an IPMI service
processor to monitor and manage vital server functions.
The 3U 19 inch chassis can contain up to 10 HDD, SAS and/or
SATA so a high internal storage capacity is available. On average
it consumes 45 Watt so substantial savings can be made on
energy costs. Model EIB is available in several versions. Up to 7
cards, PCI or PCI-e, can be placed at the back of the server.
The front panel can be delivered in the color black
(with or without CD/DVD access) or white (with CD/DVD access).
