温度循环测试
The fully charged batteries are placed in a test
chamber and subjected to the following cycles:
a) Raising the temperature to 65°C ±2°C within 30
minutes and maintaining this temperature for 8 hours.
b) Reducing the temperature to minus -20°C ±2°C
within 30 minutes and maintaining this temperature for
8 hours.
c) Repeating the sequence for a further the 10 cycle,
storing the batteries for 24 hours prior to examination.
充满电的电池：65°C±2°C 搁置 8h；-20°C±2°
C 搁置 8h，两个极端温度之间最大间隔时间为 30 分
钟。循环 10 次后将电池搁置 24 小时进行检测

After the battery cell is charged according to the
standard, it is placed on a flat plate, and a rod with a
diameter of 15.8±0.2mm is placed in the middle of the
battery cell, and a weight with a mass of 9.1±0.1KG
falls from a height of 610±25mm to impact the round
rod on the battery surface.
电芯以‘标准充电’后，放置在平板上，用直径为 15.8
±0.2mm 的棒放在电芯中部，采用质量为 9.1±0.1KG
的重物从 610±25mm 的高处落下作用在电池表面的圆
棒上进行冲击。
