WARRANTY
Ecotonix oers a one (1) year parts and labor limited Warranty. Ecotonix warrants to the original
purchaser that its products should be free from manufacturing non-conformances that aect product
performance for a period of one (1) year aer date of delivery. Ecotonix’s obligaon under this
warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts and labor for, or replacing, at its opon,
any product that is, in the sole discreon of Ecotonix, found to be defecve.
If Ecotonix requests, products or parts for which an original purchaser makes a warranty claim, the
purchaser shall return the product or part prepaid freight to Ecotonix’s customer service facility.
Any improper use or alteraon or repair by unauthorized service providers in such a manner as in
Ecotonix’s judgment aects the product materially and adversely, shall void this warranty. Any repair
of Ecotonix’s products using parts not provided or authorized by Ecotonix shall void this warranty. No
employee or representave of Ecotonix is authorized to change this warranty in any way. Normal wear
of the product does not constute a claim.
This statement constutes Ecotonix’s enre warranty. Ecotonix makes no other warranty or
representaon either expressed or implied, except as set forth herein. There is no warranty of
merchantability and there are no warranes of tness for any parcular purpose. In no event shall
Ecotonix be liable hereunder for incidental or consequenal damages arising from or in any manner
related to sales or use of any such equipment.
