WARNING
Clean the sensor and surrounding area after each use to ensure an accurate reading
and avoid cross contamination.
NOTE:
1 In daily use, please protect the sensor to avoid damage.
2 If there is any temperature difference between the places where the device is stored
and where you are going to measure, patient and the device should stay in the same
room for at least 30 minutes before measurement.
3 Before the measurement, please stay in a stable environment for five minutes and
avoid exercise or bath for 30 minutes.
4 Remember to keep the forehead area clean and away from sweat, cosmetics and
scar while taking temperature.
5 Holding ambient area of the sensor too long may cause a higher ambient
temperature reading. This could make the body temperature measurement lower
than usual.
6 There is no gender and age limitation for using forehead thermometer.
7 Regular preventive maintenance should be carried out every two years. You are
responsible for any requirements specific to your country.
8 Parameter area keeps measured value for 30 mins. If there is no measurement to
continue, the area will display invalid value after 30 mins.
15.2 Quick TEMP with F3000 Module
15.2.1 Introduction
iM3s with the F3000 module measures patient temperatures by oral, axillary or rectal means.
The monitor can only measure temperature of adult and pediatric patients. If the user measure
temperature of neonate patient, the monitor will not display data.
The electromagnetic compatibility of this device has been verified by test according to the
EN60601-1-2: 2015 requirements.
