NOTE:
Interference from a non-grounded instrument near the patient and ESU interference can
cause inaccuracy of the waveform.
A good ECG signal should be –
1) With normal QRS wave.
2) Tall and narrow with no notches.
3) With tall R-wave completely above the baseline.
4) With T-wave less than one-third of the R-wave height.
5) With P-wave much smaller than the T-wave.
