CHEVROLET LS1/LS6 V8 MANIFOLD
The cast aluminum design is more durable than the factory composite. "Boost" or "spray," this
manifold can handle the added stress of forced induction and nitrous injection. It contains extra
material for flow modifications (hand, CNC, or Extrude Hone) to feed hungry modified LS1
engines. The aluminum manifold's thicker walls can also be machined for NOS fogger nozzles
or other modifications.

Using Pro-E computer design, rapid prototyping, CFD air flow design, along with a
permanent mold casting process, Street Warrior manifolds produce more horsepower
and torque then similar intakes currently on the market. The permanent mold casting
process produces a lighter and more consistent casting. The results are smoother intake
runners that optimize atomization of fuel, mixing of fuel/air and the distribution of the
fuel/ air to the cylinders creating more power.
