DHCP Dynamic Provisioning
– 890 –
Once a configuration file has been downloaded using TFTP, the dynamic
provision process will stop.
The configuration file size stored on the remote server must be smaller than the
available memory of the switch.
To comply with TFTP the boot filename length on the server can be a maximum
of 127 characters whereas on the switch only 32 characters are supported.
If the configuration filename on the remote TFTP server matches a
configuration filename on the switch, the switch file will be overwritten.
If the configuration filename on the remote TFTP server matches the factory
default filename, the download will fail.

Console(config)#ipv6 dhcp dynamic-provision
