This example shows how to return to the Privileged Exec mode from the Interface
Configuration mode:
Console(config-if)#end
Console#
exit This command returns to the previous configuration mode, exits the configuration
program from the Global Configuration mode, or quits the CLI session from the
Privileged Exec mode..

This example shows how to return to the Privileged Exec mode from the Global
Configuration mode, and then quit the CLI session:
