4.4. Printer Connection
Various types of ETHERNET thermal continuous printers may be interfaced in the
future. To install a supported model, connect the printer cable to the parallel port. A
PCMCIA parallel port card is provided to interface to the printers in the following table:

4.4.1. EPC model GSP-1086
The EPC model GSP-1086-NT is a widely used gray scale continuous printer in the
marine industry. It provides high quality images on a ten inch thermal printhead. The
software defined control panel makes the printer configurable to a wide range of
applications.
