 Troubleshooting
No sound from the amplifier
• Ensure the amplifier is ON.
• Ensure the audio cables are firmly connected and the input is set correctly on the amplifier.
• Ensure signal output from the audio source is normal.
• Try to turn up the volume of the amplifier or audio source.
• Turn the amplifier off and restart it.
Cannot read files in USB flash disk/microSD card
• Ensure USB flash disk/microSD card is correctly inserted into the slot.
• Ensure audio file in the USB flash disk/microSD card is acceptable.
File system supported: FAT16/FAT32; The maximum capacity supported: 64GB;
Music format supported: MP3/WMA/WAV; The highest sampling rate supported: 48KHz;
The highest bit rate for MP3/WMA format: 320kbps; The highest bit rate for WAV format:
2000kbps.
Cannot record or recording sound is small
• Ensure USB flash disk/microSD card is inserted and has enough capacity.
• Try to turn up the music volume.
