Installatie 1. Steek de voedingsadapter in de 12V DC voedingspoort van het apparaat en steek het andere uiteinde in het stopcontact. 2. Controleer of de power LED brandt. Zo niet, dan is het apparaat niet correct aangesloten. 3. Gebruik een Wi-Fi apparaat (bv. computer, tablet, smartphone) om te zoeken naar een Wi-Fi netwerk met SSID “edimax_2.4G_xx” of “edimax_5G_xx” en maak hier verbinding mee. XX verwijst naar de laatste twee cijfers van het MAC-adres.
. Open een web browser, voer de URL http://192.168.2.1 in en begin met de set-up. U wordt gevraagd een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord in te voeren. De standaard gebruikersnaam is "admin"en het standaard wachtwoord is "1234". Krijgt u geen toegang tot http://192.168.2.1, controleer dan of uw computer wel is ingesteld op het gebruik van een dynamisch IP-adres. Dit is een simpele procedure en de stap-voor-stap instructies kunt u vinden in de gebruikershandleiding. 5.
6. Selecteer een modus voor uw BR-6476AC en klik op “Volgende” om verder te gaan. Wi-Fi Router WISP Modus Universal Repeater Access Point Het apparaat maakt verbinding met uw modem en geeft internettoegang (draadloos en vast) voor uw netwerkapparaten. Het apparaat maakt draadloos verbinding met uw draadloze internetaanbieder en geeft 2.4GHz en/of 5GHz internettoegang (draadloos en vast) voor uw netwerkapparaten.
Problemen oplossen 1. De systeem-LED licht niet op. a. Controleer of de Router Adapter op de juiste manier in het stopcontact zit. b. Controleer of het stopcontact actief is (werkt) door er een ander elektrisch apparaat in te steken. c. Sluit de Router Adapter opnieuw aan op het stopcontact. Als de systeem-LED nog steeds niet oplicht, neem dan contact op met uw lokale verkooppunt voor technische ondersteuning. 2. De WAN-LED licht niet op. a.
5. Hoe zet ik mijn apparaat terug naar standaard fabrieksinstellingen? a. U kunt het apparaat resetten naar de standaard fabrieksinstellingen door de WPS/Resetknop 10 seconden ingedrukt te houden totdat de Voedings-LED begint te knipperen. Wacht enkele minuten zodat het apparaat opnieuw kan opstarten. Als het apparaat opnieuw opgestart is, zijn alle instellingen teruggezet. De standaardinstellingen worden weergegeven op het productlabel aan de achterkant van het apparaat. 6.
Stap 2: Selecteer Draadloze netwerken beheren. Stap 3: Selecteer draadloos netwerk en klik op netwerk verwijderen. Stap 4: Klik met uw rechtermuisknop op Draadloze netwerkverbinding en selecteer dan Eigenschappen.
Stap 5: Klik op Draadloze netwerken, en selecteer het draadloze netwerk bij voorkeursnetwerken en klik dan op de Verwijderen knop.
Windows 8 Stap 1: Open het Startmenu, zoek naar Command Prompt, klik met uw rechtermuisknop op de Command Prompt snelkoppeling en selecteer “Uitvoeren als beheerder”. Stap 2: Typ het volgende command “netsh wlan show profiles ” en druk op Enter om een lijst weer te geven van uw opgeslagen Wi-Fi-netwerken: Stap 3. Lokaliseer de profielnaam van het netwerk dat u wilt verwijderen.

Windows 10 Stap 1: Open de Wi-Fi pop-up vanuit uw systeemvak. Klik op uw rechtermuis of houd de naam van het netwerk dat u wilt verwijderen, langer ingedrukt en selecteer “Vergeten".
