 DIP-VID: forward method dip+vid.
IPv6
 MAC-
 DIP-VID: forward method dip+vid(dip is ipv6 low 32 bit).

Enable: If Checked Enable IGMP Property, else is Disabled IGMP
Snooping.
Version
Set the igmp snooping version
 IGMPv2: Only support process igmp v2 packet.
 IGMPv3: Support v3 basic and v2.
Report Suppression
Set the enabling status of IGMP v2 report suppression
Enable: If Checked Enable IGMP Snooping v2 report suppression,
else Disable the report suppression function.
