II-3. Pair and Encrypt Powerline Network with Two Adapters
The PAIR button allows you to set up a secure powerline connection with
another HomePlug AV compliant powerline devices which also support the
PAIR feature.
1. Press and hold the “PAIR” button on both powerline adapter A and B at
the same time for one second, the PWR LED will start flashing.
2. Wait for about 2 minutes while the powerline adapters are trying to
connect. The PWR LED on both adapters will stop flashing and become
solid light when the connection is made successfully.
3. The connected network device on powerline adapter B is ready to go
online.
II-4. Join the Existing Powerline Network
1. Press and hold the “PAIR” button on both powerline adapter A or B and
the joining powerline adapter C at the same time for one second, the PWR
LED will start flashing.
2. Wait for about 2 minutes while the powerline adapters are trying to
connect. The PWR LED on both adapters will stop flashing and become
solid light when the connection is made successfully.
