I-5. Reset Ak počas používania access pointu zaznamenáte nejaké problémy, môžete ho resetovať do továrenského nastavenia. Táto akcia vráti všetky nastavenia do východiskových hodnôt. 1. 1. Pre zmenu LAN IP adries prejdite do "Network Settings" -> "Lan-side IP Address". 2. Zadajte IP adresu access pointu. II-3. Režim Managed AP: Edimax Pro NMS Edimax Pro Network Management Suite (NMS) podporuje centrálnu správu skupiny access pointov, toto riešenie nazývame AP Array. NMS podporuje až 16 access pointov Edimax Pro bez potreby dodatočného kontrolera prípadne 128 access pointov s kontrolerom APC 500. Nastavenie Edimax Pro NMS je jednoduché: Jeden AP (access point) pracuje ako kontrolér (master) a ďalšie pripojené AP sú automaticky označené ako Managed APs (slave).
Pri použití Edimax NMS AP kontroleru budú ostatní pripojené AP automaticky označené ako Spravované AP. V prípade, že kontrole nemôže nájsť Váš IAP1200 môžete zariadenie nakonfigurovať ručne: 1. Uistite sa, že všetky AP vrátane IAP1200 sú pripojené pomocou Ethernetu alebo PoE switch, ktorý je pripojený k routeru. Môžete použiť router ako DHCP server alebo môžete neskôr ako DHCP server nakonfigurovať AP Kontroler. 2. Uistite sa, že sú všetky AP zapnuté a skontrolujte diódy.
3. Uistite sa, že ste nastavili a jeden AP označili ako AP kontrolér, ktorý bude spravovať ostatné AP (až 128 v závislosti od modelu). 4. Pripojte počítač k IAP1200 pomocou PoE switche pomocou ethernetového kábla.
