II-2. Mode AP 1. Masukkan alamat IP ke Bar URL di web browser. default IP nya adalah 192.168.2.2. Jika AP terhubung ke server DHCP pastikan Anda menggunakan alamat yang benar. 2. Anda akan diminta untuk nama pengguna dan kata sandi. Masukkan nama pengguna default "admin" dan kata sandi default "1234". 3. Anda akan tiba di layar "Sistem Informasi" di bawah ini. Langkah berikut akan membantu Anda mengkonfigurasi ke setelan awal access point.
- Nama & kata sandi administrator - Waktu & Tanggal Dianjurkan Anda mengkonfigurasi pengaturan ini sebelum menggunakan access point. 1.. Untuk mengubah alamat IP LAN access point, buka "Network Settings"> " LAN-side IP Address" dan Anda akan melihat layar seperti di bawah ini. 2. Masukkan pengaturan alamat IP yang ingin Anda gunakan untuk Access Point Anda. Anda dapat menggunakan dinamis (DHCP) atau alamat IP statis, tergantung pada lingkungan jaringan Anda.
4. Untuk mengkonfigurasi keamanan jaringan nirkabel 5GHz access point Anda, pergi ke “Wireless Settings” > “5GHz 11ac 11an” > “Security”. Pilih “Authentication Method” dan masukkan “Pre-shared Key” or “Encryption Key” tergantung pada pilihan Anda, lalu klik "Apply". 6. Lengkapi di field “Administrator Name” and “Administrator Password” and klik “Apply”. 7. Untuk pengaturan waktu di access point, pergi ke “Management” > “Date and Time Settings”. 8. Pengaturan waktu yang tepat dan zona waktu untuk access point Anda, menggunakan drop down menu. Access point juga mendukung NTP (Network Time Protocol) sehingga alternatifnya Anda dapat memasukkan nama host atau alamat IP dari server waktu.
II-3. Mengatur Mode AP: Edimax Pro NMS Edimax Pro Network Management Suite (NMS) mendukung manajemen sentral dari sekelompok access point, atau dikenal sebagai AP Array. NMS mendukung hingga 16 Edimax Pro access point tanpa tambahan nirkabel kontroler yang diperlukan atau 128 access point dengan AP kontroler APC 500 - mengurangi biaya dan memfasilitasi manajemen AP dari jarak jauh yang efisien. Edimax Pro NMS sangat sederhana untuk disetup.
Bila menggunakan kontroler Edimax NMS AP, AP lain yang terhubung secara otomatis ditetapkan ke AP Managed. Jika AP Controller tidak dapat menemukan OAP900 Anda sebagai AP Managed, Anda dapat mengkonfigurasi pengaturan manual seperti di bawah ini: 1. Pastikan semua AP termasuk OAP900 Anda terhubung ke Ethernet atau PoE saklar yang terhubung ke gateway / router. Anda dapat menggunakan router Anda sebagai server DHCP atau nanti dapat mengkonfigurasi AP Controller sebagai server DHCP. 2.
3. Pastikan Anda telah meng-setup dan menunjuk satu AP sebagai AP Controller yang akan mengelola semua AP yang terhubung dengan yang lainnya (hingga 128 tergantung pada model). 4. Hubungkan komputer ke OAP 900 melalui switch PoE menggunakan kabel Ethernet.
5. Buka web browser dan masukkan alamat IP OAP900 di field alamat. Alamat IP default adalah 192.168.2.2 6. Masukkan nama pengguna & kata sandi untuk login. Default nama pengguna & kata sandi admin & 1234. 7. Tiba di Edimax Pro NMS Dashboard. Pergi ke “Operation Mode” and Pilih “Managed AP Mode” dari menu drop down. 8. Klik “Apply” untuk menyimpan setelan dan AP Controller Anda & Managed APs harus sepenuhnya fungsional.

Mode Client Bridge Mode Client Bridge memungkinkan OAP 900 untuk secara nirkabel terhubung ke AP SSID sambil tetap dalam kisaran alamat IP yang sama seperti AP – WAN dan LAN berada di subnet yang sama.
