Stackable Beacons
The horn can be operated as a sixth
independent signal or in conjunction
with any one of the light modules.
Electrical interconnection between
units is through solid copper busses.
Each module is firmly connected to
the one below by a solid through-bolt
and an attachment screw between
the lens and module. A screw-type
terminal strip in the base allows for
positive connection to each module.
Light Modules
The incandescent, halogen and
strobe light modules are available in
six colors: red, amber, blue, green,
magenta, and clear. The LED modules
are available in four colors: red, am-
ber, blue and green. Double fresnel
polycarbonate lenses provide a 360
degree non-shadowed light pattern.

Description
The Edwards AdaptaLight Stackable
Beacon is a unique audible-visual sig-
naling device which can contain up to
5 light modules and a pulsating horn
in a single “stack.” It is for heavy
duty use in locations where visibility
over longer distances is required. All
modules are gasketed.
The 9 watt halogen bulb is rated by
the manufacturer at 52 lumens. The
12 watt halogen bulb is rated by the
manufacturer at 70 lumens.

Base Unit
The base of the AdaptaLight
Stackable Beacon contains a pulsat-
ing horn rated at 85dB at 10 feet.

Steady-On Incandescent and
Halogen Modules
The Steady-On light modules provide
a constant visual signal. The halogen
models provide increased visibility
and longer lamp life. They are ideal
for start/stop functions, on/off pro-
cesses or continuous duty visual sig-
naling applications. When installed
with other multiple color modules
and the pulsating horn, the unit can
be configured to visually and audibly
communicate status changes.
Steady-On LED Module
The long life Steady-on LED Module
provides a constant visual signal. It is
ideal for start/stop functions, on/off
processes or continuous duty visual
status indicating applications.
