• Gather Eemax MiniTank, Installation Guide
and Owner’s Manual, necessary parts and
recommended tools.
• Refer to Eemax MiniTank, Installation Guide and
Owner’s Manual to properly install the Temperature
and Relief Valve.
• Apply 3 wraps of plumber’s tape to MiniTank
temperature and pressure relief valve.
• Apply 3 wraps of plumber’s tape to MiniTank hot
water outlet and cold water inlet.
• Using pipe cutter, cut six 2" sections of ½" copper
pipe. TIP: Hardware stores may cut pipe for you
when asked. Inquire when you purchase your
copper pipe.
• Using 2" section of pipe, attach MiniTank cold
water inlet to ½" Push-to-Connect Brass Tee Fitting.
• Using 2" section of pipe, attach ½" x ¾" Brass
Push-to-Connect Washing Machine Angle Valve.
• Using a 2" section of pipe, attach ½" Push-to-
Connect Brass 90-degree Elbow Fitting.
• Apply 3 wraps of plumber’s tape to both threaded
ends of Shower Valve.
• Using pipe cutter, cut one 8" section of ½" pipe.
• Attach ½" Push-to-Connect x FIP Brass 90-degree
Elbow Fitting to threaded end of shower valve.
DOWN?
• Attach ½" Push-to-Connect x ¾" FIP Brass Fitting
to Shower Valve UP Thread.
• Using a 2" section of ½" copper pipe connect
½" Push-to-Connect x ½" FIP Brass Fitting
to ½" Push-to-Connect x FIP Brass 90-degree
Elbow Fitting.
• Using a 2" section of pipe, attach ½" Push-to-
Connect Brass 90-degree Elbow Fitting to Eemax
MiniTank assembly and then attach Shower Valve
assembly.
• Attach shower handle using provided Allen wrench.
• Attach shower head.
