Water heater shall be an Eemax Mini Tank model number
EMT______.
Unit shall be glass lined with a single weld design. Water
connections and supplied T&P valve to be located on top of
the unit. Unit shall have an status indicator light with adjustable
thermostat. Unit to have a 5 year warranty against leaks.
