3.11 Displaying Data (Print Preview)
This section describes how to display the data that is stored
in the digital tachograph and on the tachograph cards.
It is possible to display the following data:
Daily reports from your driver card/workshop card
Daily reports from the digital tachograph
Events and failures stored on your driver card/workshop
card
Events and failures stored in the digital tachograph
Speeding
Technical data
Speed profile (digital tachograph option)
Engine speed profile (digital tachograph option)
D1/D2 status changes (digital tachograph option)
If two driver cards or a driver card and a workshop card are
inserted, you have to specify for which card data is to be
displayed.
Contents that cannot be displayed in one line scroll auto-
matically from right to left. The scroll bar in the right-hand
margin of the display indicates the part that is currently
displayed.
Use the following keys to move around the displayed data:
Next line
Previous line
Return to menu
OK Scrolling and/or stop scrolling
Display Stored Data
1. Park your vehicle. Leave the ignition on.
2. Press OK.
The main menu is displayed.
3. Select
Print Preview and press OK.
The menu for the stored data is displayed.
4. Select the required data and press OK.
5. If two tachograph cards are inserted, you will have to
select which card you want to display data from.
