If you acknowledge an incorrect PIN by mistake,
EF
AS displays the following:
The digits in the top-right hand corner of the display
in
dicate (as shown in the example) that this is your
second attempt of five to enter your PIN.
4.3 Output of Warnings in
CALIBRATION Mode
In CALIBRATION mode (see "Modes of Operation"
on page 19), storage of some EFAS warnings is suppres-
sed. These warnings are displayed for a short time on the
EFAS display.
For the list of SrvIDs, refer to the EFAS Service Manual.
4.4 Withdrawing the Workshop Card
Withdraw the workshop card from the digital tachograph if it
is no longer used. This helps to avoid any misuse.
Withdrawing the Workshop Card
1. Press key 1 for longer than 1.5 seconds to withdraw
the card.
2. You are then requested to enter the country in which
you
r working day ends. For more information, see the
section "Operation of EFAS – Driver and Co-Driver"
on page 24. If you did not perform a test run with the
workshop card, you can ignore the entry by pressing
key .
3. Use cursor keys or
YES or NO and acknowledge
the question for the daily report by pressing OK.
4. Alternatively, press key o
nce again if you do not
want to make a daily report.
5. The card is ejected.
