7.2.2 Display Brightness
If your EFAS is not connected to the central brightness
control for the dashboard lighting of your vehicle, the
display brightness for day and night can be set via the
menu.
The day mode is stored when the vehicle lights are off. The
night mode is stored when the vehicle lights are on.
Changing the Display Brightness
1. Select OK → Settings → 
Display
→ Brightness
The current brightness setting is displayed.
2. Use cursor keys and to select the required bright-
ness. Press OK.
The new brightness setting is stored.



7.2.3 Keyboard Brightness
If your EFAS is not connected to the central brightness
control for the dashboard lighting of your vehicle, the key-
board brightness for day and night can be set via the menu.
The day mode is stored when the vehicle lights are off. The
night mode is stored when the vehicle lights are on.
Changing the Keyboard Backlight Brightness
1. Select OK → Settings → 
Display
→ Keyb.brightness
The current brightness setting of the keyboard back-
light is displayed.
2. Use cursor keys and to select the required bright-
ness. Press
OK.
The new brightness setting is stored.


